PRODUCT CARE & LIFECYCLE INSTRUCTIONS

Most of our products are made from recycled or locally sourced PETG, PETG-GF (reinforced with glass fiber), PLA or TPU polymers. For normal cleaning use a soft bristle brush (non-metallic) for dirt particles between the lines, and then wipe with a micro-fiber cloth (or other lint-free cloth), and water. If more thorough cleaning is required, you can use a mild soap along with a cloth and water. DO NOT use solvents or abrasive cleaners. After cleaning, rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

Products that use materials intended for outdoor applications will be denoted as such in the product description. These materials have been designed with added UV protection and hydrolysis (water resistance). Even with added protection it is best practice to cover your products or store indoors when not being used for prolonged periods.

If your product does not specifically denote suitable for outdoor use online or on the label, please limit exposure to outdoor elements when possible. They can still however be used outside temporarily (events, at night or limited daily use), if stored indoors for the majority of the time.

If your product becomes damaged or broken at any point during its life (even outside of the warranty period). Please contact us to engage in our recycling take-back program. Depending on your purchase location, and our ability to recapture your product we will give you material credit towards a new product.
